Appointment Changes

To improve turnaround times and maintain the quality of service we're known for, appointment availability will be limited this upcoming season.
Most clients are now encouraged to:

• Use our secure client portal (email us to request access), or

• Drop off documents during business hours, or anytime using our 24/7 secure drop box by the office door, which is checked daily

This change allows us to focus more time on preparing accurate returns and less time on logistics.
 

 Pricing Structure Update

With the recent passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB), a major tax reform law signed in July 2025, returns will become more complex for many filers. Key changes include:

• A sharp increase to the SALT deduction cap

• Expanded child tax credits

• New documentation requirements for itemized deductions, tip income, and more

To reflect the increased time, training, and due diligence these changes require, our pricing will be updated for the upcoming season. You will always receive your total before we file, and we remain committed to offering more value and personalized service than national chains.

Also note - many filers will transition back to long form (itemized) returns instead of the short form (standard deduction) and will reflect a higher complexity return and associated cost
